Ten years working from home..... my take:

Level 1: Always wear a shirt and look smart. I'm at work.

Level 2: Idle mind during working hours, find another job.

Level 3: I drive to the ocean most days. Bag of chips or a kebab, perfect.

Level 4: I used to work in retail, we have great conversations about supply chains and data.

Level 5: Doing the school runs was brilliant. Always

Level 6: I start at my contracted time, I finish at my contracted time. If there's an emergency I can sort it out far quicker.

Level 7: Office workers != friends. Friends trump everything.
