Instead of focusing on the same CEOs who crank out spewy soundbites for the media, perhaps it's time to talk to the CEOs and people leaders that see trust, respect and welfare in the core of what they do.
80 hours a week isn't a badge on honour, it's bloody stupid. Even in the days of eXtreme Programming the rule was no one worked over forty hours a week, any more than that and mistakes and bad decisions start to appear. And judging from Elon running Twitter, that's playing out just right.
I've worked from home for the last 12 years and i've not any issues at all. For those with disabilities and limited mobility it's a godsend to be honest.
