Enjoyed reading your post. Zara’s model is fascinating, I’ve taken a long time to study it properly. Mango are also another worth looking at especially where using influencers and celebrities, they have refined that process.
As for the others, the move from large scale volumes in A/W, S/S periods is going to be hard to move away from. Possibly partnering with those who can fulfil online order demand (Amazon, ASOS etc) might work. The effort to turn some large brands around may not be worth the investment in the long run. I’m sure as time goes on this year we’ll see how fashion retail will start to pick up, only then we’ll have a sense of the next few years.
